Both treat and therapy. My Ko Ko Marky was a victim of a hit and run accident when he was a pup (which resulted in his adoption by my Mummy). The head of his femur bone was crushed. So massage helps a bit. Of course, he is such a manja boy who loves to be hugged....so there.
