This morning, he refused to eat his food. We tried Addiction's Salmon and Potatoes, bread, bak kwa, microwaved minced pork etc. He ate very little after much persuasion. His eyes were less glazed and he started drinking A LOT of water. He did eat our 'doggy ice cream' ( Frozen slab of microwaved pumpkin, carrots with peanut butter, yogurt etc in crushed/mashed form) though. We decided against taking him for a swim in his state.
Later in the evening. we allowed Clare to visit Marky.
Clare, like Barn2, was only allowed to meet Marky at the back door- with an iron door separating them. This was because Barn2 would pick a fight with Marky and Marky had growled at Clare when she was young (probably because he thought she was Barn2!). Since Clare had been separated from Barn2 during her heat and left (at times) at the inhouse kitchen within view and muzzle touching distance (on the other side of the iron door) from Marky, we have noted that the two seemed to be ok with each other- more or less. So....Marky had an unexpected visit....
Marky was quite curious about her- especially because she wears a panty....
Clare assured him.....
Marky couldnt figure out if he should be upset with her yelling at him and Aunty Lu (for Marky's toy which she has taken a fancy to) or with her swiping of his toy....
After a while, he seemed to be quite comfortable with her around...and he cheered up...
And he enjoyed the hugs from Mummy and his Aunty Lu....
Yes, the big boy is now back to normal. Thank God.....
