( MUMMY: Its the 22nd day of Clare's heat. )

Clare:
Don't know what he's thinking. In any case- I am going to snooze off. He has decided to sleep with his Dada again. So much for his interest in me!

Canine heat: approx 21 days.

Phase I of Clare's heat: 10 days

Phase II : so far, 6 days. Hopefully 4-5 days more to go.....

Then we can get some extra sleep!

MUMMY: Yup. Its THAT time. From 20th of April, Barn2's interest increased as Clare's drippings decreased.

BARN2: Mummy and Aunty Lu are not taking any chances...(Grrr...)

JUST BEFORE BEDTIME

MUMMY:
This past week - Barn2 and Clare have been very loving towards each other.
This was how they chose to be seated when they first got up the bed two nights ago.

I found them in this pose three nights ago....

Kinda sweet...

After a while, Barn2 usually decides to get off the bed.
He prefers to sleep either around the hallway between his Dada's room and my room.

Sometimes, he sleeps with his Dada on his bed.

Clare's left alone.

Sometimes she would chew things she should not....

When I showed up, she would look like this :

When she thinks I am too busy with my computer to see her movements, she would change her position...

Then....
