WHO'S WHO?

CLARE:

That's because - since I came, Ko Ko Marky and Ko Ko Barn2 are fed 3x a day- just like me! Thats not counting snacks in between plus donations by Dada, Mummy and Aunty Lu during every meal. Oh...did I mention supper as well?

MUMMY: Clare does surgery on stuffed toys. But seriously- she is getting chubby too. Her tummy is getting bigger than her head. Maybe we should consider putting all 3 on a diet....

THE HUGGY BEAR and the girl-teddy bear...

BARN2:
I might be Darth Vader to some dogs but I am HUGGY BEAR to many humans.
This is Uncle Eugene.
I love being hugged and he is giving me my dose of it today....

CLARE:

I am not a huggy bear like my Ko Ko Barn2.

MUMMY:

True- but she looks like a little TEDDY BEAR (ie toy bear) when she sleeps at night.....(hee hee)...

and she acted like a little teddy bear (toy bear) when she got her first massage from Aunty Zoe at Pawsitive Sensations today....

Lucky is more affectionate than Clare. She seems to like hugs and kisses.

Clare is cheek-ier and tends to be up to mischief more often....

Once in a while, she allows herself to be hugged.....

....before she turns her attention to more interesting things....eg her Dada's slippers.

Nicknames....

BARN2: One my my many nicknames ( apart from Barnsie, Baby Boy, Huggy Bear, Son-son etc) is DARTH VADER.

I guess they call me that because I have a certain 'look' when I try to intimidate younger dogs like Benny (aka Skywalker) below.

I have some helmet like markings on my solid head as well....

Our human parents seem to like calling us funny names.

Take Ode, for instance. He is called

THE SHREDDER.

Actually, I can't say its inappropriate...if you view the evidence below.

The best nickname I think that was given to a corgi is that which has been given to my kid sister. Looking at her, you won't think the innocent puppy faced tyke fits the name. But believe you me, she DOES!!!

Last night, Clare's godma came to visit.

She made a big fuss over Clare....

Am so glad that Uncle M didn't forget little old me....

Humph.
Its a matter of perception.
I think Huggy Bear fits me better......
